Paustian participates in North Wind at Harvey Nichols in London
From October 22nd till November 27th, Paustian will present pieces from the Paustian Furniture Collection at North Wind – a Harvey Nichols Project 109 collaboration curated by Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF). North Wind represents CIFF’s vision of the modern Scandinavian male, expressed through a careful curation of objects.
At northmodern in Copenhagen August 2016, Paustian relaunched a design icon from 1944 – Muslingestolen or Arctander Chair, designed by architect Philip Arctander. In collaboration with Philip Arctander’s granddaughter, Paustian has put the iconic chair into production again. At Harvey Nichols, we present the Arctander Chair upholstered in orange Vidar from Raf Simon’s collection for Kvadrat as well as in numbered edition shearling.
Paustian presents the Paustian Modular Sofa, designed by Erik Rasmussen in 1969, and Paustian Spinal Chair 80, designed by Paul Leroy, both upholstered in stripes from the new Kvadrat/Raf Simons 2016 collection, together with Paustian Small Table, designed by Peter Lund Andersen and Paustian Mirror Mirror by Maria Bruun.
